Self care? What is that anyway? Who has time for that?! Finding a great Therapist can be exhausting. You probably don't have a lot of bandwidth left to search for a Therapist. You are busy with a full time job that you love and an awesome family to focus on so there isn't much time for "self-care". Here's the rub: ya can't kick ass and take care of others unless you do the same for yourself. I've helped many women balance work, family and self. Let's chat!
My Background and Approach
My approach is a lot like a coach but with a mental health degree. The tools I will provide you with have helped many folks just like you learn new ways to find relief wherever you are. I am direct and believe in giving you tools that you can start to use today. We will work as a team to address symptoms such as panic attacks that are creeping up for you right now. For the past 12 years, I've been focused on helping people find relief from their anxiety by learning new approaches to help calm an overactive nervous system. We will discuss what is happening in the body and the brain during times of intense stress and fear. Through our work together, you will gain insight and resilience so that your anxiety is no longer in control of your life.
