I work with individuals, couples & groups ranging from adolescent to older adults. Addressing challenges such as; Anxiety, Self Esteem/ Self worth, Life challenges, Domestic Violence, Grief & Loss, Parenting Challenges, Forgiveness, Relationship Challenges & Goal setting .

I work from a strengths-based, client-based perspective. Meeting each one of my clients exactly where they are in the therapuetic process. Building on their strengths by recognizing the uniqueness each client brings into therapy & incorporating this into the work to perpell them forward toward acceptance & or change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a strong believer that our life experiences shape who we are & who we were meant to be. Life's challenges can absolutely sometimes cause us to stumble, even knock us down at times but never defeat us. Its not about how many times you fall off that horse its all about getting back on.
