I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and other life issues. These factors can make it difficult to reach out to a therapist, but you're almost there. I have a passion for learning about people and helping you learn to work with your brain and not against it.

I use evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Treatments (CBT) to help you reach desired goals. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders using mindfulness based cognitive behavioral treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical and Behavior Therapy (DBT).
