I blend mindfulness, somatic therapy, DBT, and reality therapy to help you manage emotions, heal from trauma, and move past self-doubt. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can feel grounded and capable. We'll explore your goals together and use practical tools to build confidence, improve resilience, and create a life that feels authentic and sustainable.
