About My Clients
My passion is rooted in helping BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled, military veterans, domestic violence survivors, and other minority communities break the stigma surrounding mental health care and gain access to vital resources. I bring extensive experience working with children, youth, teenagers, and adults, providing compassionate and personalized support to individuals across all age groups. I offer telehealth and in office sessions.
My Background and Approach
I completed a 4-year clinical counseling program with an emphasis in trauma and hold an active Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in Arizona. Currently, I am under the supervision of Mya L. Adams, M.Ed., LPC-S. I work with clients facing a wide range of challenges, and my goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment that empowers you both inside and outside of therapy. In our initial sessions, we will focus on building rapport and understanding your unique needs. Together, we will then collaborate to develop a personalized plan that supports your healing journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My eclectic approach to therapy is tailored to each individual, ensuring that I adapt my methods to best suit their unique needs and goals.
