With over fifteen years of experience working in the field of mental health working with groups, couples and individuals, I have seen my clients tackle obstacles with a renewed sense of hope, confidence and peace. I have extensive experience in providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
