I use non-judgmental support so that you can safely explore issues that you have been unable to resolve on your own. My approach is designed to help you problem solve, address conflicts and emotional pain, develop coping skills, and achieve a pronounced sense of peace and fulfillment in your life. I have extensive experience working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, guilt, intimacy, marital problems, parenting, relationships, self-worth, stress, trauma and trust.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is supportive and interactive, and together we will create goals that highlight your strengths and address your problems. Helping redefine balance and promoting a greater understanding about living as authentically and compassionately as possible is my hope for every individual and couple that I encounter. I want to help you navigate and overcome those problems that have you feeling stuck, frustrated, misunderstood or alone. I work from several different orientations, but mostly from an existential or humanistic approach. I want to work with you as a person, not as a cluster of symptoms or as a diagnosis. Our time together is a collaboration founded on trust , honesty and conversation.
