As your therapist and certified Dreamweaver, I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work as well as Licensed through the Arizona Board of Social Work examiners. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). With a decade of experience in the field and certification in Mindfulness Based CBT and various creative interventions, I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience. From anxiety and depression management to relationship rekindling, I've got your covered. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Beyond my professional credentials, I believe in fostering a compassionate and inclusive therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued for who they are. As an advocate for mental health awareness and de-stigmatization, I actively support causes related to LGBTQ+ rights, racial equality, and mental health education. I'm a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community and stand in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement. In my spare time, I offer support to individuals in crisis and promoting mental wellness within our community. I also enjoy playing guitar and reading on the side! These values of empathy, inclusivity and social responsibility are deeply ingrained in my approach, as I strive to create a space where everyone feels welcome and supported on their journey to healing and self-discovery.
