You’re a busy mom trying to hold everything together — family, work, relationships, and responsibilities — but lately it feels like you’re barely keeping up. You may not be having panic attacks, yet you notice constant tension, irritability, and mental exhaustion. You find yourself snapping easily, struggling to rest, and feeling guilty for wanting a break. Many of my clients describe feeling “stuck in survival mode,” unsure how to set boundaries or slow down without letting someone down.
My Background and Approach
I'm Dominique, a licensed therapist deeply committed to helping busy moms and women facing burnout, self- esteem, parenting, women's issues, anxiety, depression, & identity loss find balance. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and fostering a safe space for you to release and rebuild. In our sessions you can expect warmth, empathy, and gentle accountability. We’ll focus on realistic steps that fit your life. You’ll learn how to regulate your emotions, prioritize yourself without guilt, and create routines that support your mental and emotional well-being. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel grounded, confident, and connected to who you are beyond the roles you play. My belief is that each individual is unique in their own ways, therefore I use various therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Somatic Therapy, and Value based work to get you from survival to stability. Therapy with me is a space where you can exhale and feel seen.
