My Background and Approach
I tailor my approach to your unique needs by drawing on a variety of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Compassion Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, CBT, Expressive Arts and Written Exposure Therapy.
