About My Clients
If you are someone who is wanting to step into therapy for the 1st or 15th time and are seeking a compassionate and encouraging guide, I will be a good fit. I will encourage you to look at things from a different perspective, and be there as you seek hope and long term healing.
My Background and Approach
As mental health clinician with a extensive background in children and families I work with new moms to overcome postpartum mood disorders and figure out their new role as a mom. Children struggling to be successful in the classroom due to behavioral challenges. Adults trying to overcome anxiety and navigate changes in life. Adoptive families learning to gain trust and build connections with their kids. And other area’s people are struggling. Im certified in maternal mental health, ARC, Mothers and Babies, and Circle of Security, and preliminary parts of Child Parent Psychotherapy. I uses a mixture of attachment work, somatic healing, and life skills to overcome and work through whatever struggles a family or individual needs. Each session is unique to the individual or families needs and may include things such as writing, art therapy, breathing, tapping, and talking through struggles.
