About My Clients
I love working with Black women, particularly moms, and girls who are going through life transitions and feeling anxious or depressed - or both. Let's start working together so you can begin feeling like yourself again. You already have what you need inside of yourself, and I am here to help you get reconnected to that person you know you can be.
My Background and Approach
In addition to being a trauma therapist, I'm also a yoga teacher. I incorporate mind/body practices into my life and work, and our therapy will focus on who you are in your relationships with others, and improving your relationship with yourself. We will talk about what you want help with and put together a plan to get you to where you want to be. I have worked for years with families in various settings including schools and foster care. I am eager to meet you and talk about how we can work together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm particularly passionate about connecting with clients who are looking for a therapist that looks like them. Finding a therapist can be difficult and so many have waiting lists. I am here to support you with immediate appointments available.
