About My Clients
Primarily working with adults and children, my specialty area includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, emotional distress, anger management, self-esteem issues, familial issues, coping mechanisms, spiritual guidance, and behavioral dysfunctions. I utilize an integrative therapeutic model with the promotion of holistic therapy that focuses on an individual’s mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
My Background and Approach
I am an Associate Licensed Clinician with a Master of Science degree in Counseling & Psychology: Concentrating in Mental Health Counseling from Troy University in Troy, AL. I am a native of Mobile, AL. I have been working within the field of mental health since 2018, where I worked closely with children & adolescents and their families. I have broadened my scope of practice within the last year to working with young and late adult populations as well.

Life can present each of us with tumultuous situations that can leave impactful wounds. My work with you is to help you through those life pitfalls and assist you on the journey to growth and recovery. I am here as an assistant and teammate to your growth by giving you the necessary tools and guidance in a client-centered environment of work. Together, we can bridge the gaps and regain homeostasis in your life. My goal is to build strong connections with each of you, so that we may work together to overcome the challenges that life may present. It will not be easy at times, but I am here to meet you where you are on your journey and walk with you through it, to recovery.
