I obtained my Master's of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University in 2016. As a clinician with over 8 years of experience in a range of clinical settings my clients walk away feeling heard, and equipped with the tools needed to show up for themselves in ways that helps them to feel more empowered, healed and prepared for unforeseen challenges they may face in the future. I help my clients to express themselves in more effective ways, handle conflict efficiently, identify barriers to them experiencing their authentic self and create boundaries that produce healthy relationships. My clients are able to find their purpose and rebuild confidence.
I provide therapy utilizing both cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered approaches. I consider a more integrative model that is unique to the individual being served. No one client is the same and neither should the treatment modalities be.
