About My Clients
You may look like you're holding it all together, yet feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected inside. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction recovery, grief, and life transitions. If you're ready to move beyond simply surviving and build a deeper connection with yourself, I'll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect, creating a safe space where healing, growth, and lasting change can unfold.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, not just manage symptoms. Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, and protective strategies that may have once helped you survive but no longer serve you. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, Polyvagal-informed care, and evidence-based practices, you'll learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system, build self-compassion, and respond to life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I earned my Master's in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University, where I developed a holistic, trauma-informed approach that honors your unique experiences and innate capacity for healing. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to create a space where every part of you is welcome, without judgment, shame, or pressure to be anything other than yourself. I value authenticity, curiosity, compassion, and the belief that lasting change comes from understanding ourselves rather than criticizing ourselves. I recognize that every person's story is shaped by their unique experiences, relationships, culture, and identity, and I strive to provide care that is affirming, inclusive, and respectful of those differences. Outside of the therapy room, I'm drawn to nature, mindfulness, and lifelong learning, all of which continue to deepen the way I show up for my clients. I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new; it's about reconnecting with the strength, wisdom, and wholeness that have always been within you.
