As a psychologist with almost a decade of experience in providing therapy, my passion is helping adults overcome life's challenges and heal from trauma. I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult and emotional journey, which is why I work to create a warm, open, and non-judgmental environment in our meetings. Under the right circumstances and if appropriate, I will incorporate humor and sarcasm into our sessions because it is good to laugh even when talking about life's difficulties. My goal is to empower you to take control of your life, and become confident in your decisions. I'll use evidence-based techniques that are tailored to your unique needs to help you achieve lasting results. I am a practical, secular, and inclusive therapist who is committed to being LGBTQ+ affirmative.
