About My Clients
I walk alongside working professionals, middle and high school students, and young adults/adults who are navigating big life changes, burnout, or deep emotional overwhelm. I also complete comprehensive chemical health assessments that are needed for work, court, probation, or school. I offer dedicated evening and weekend hours to make getting support fit naturally into your life.
My Background and Approach
I believe you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will look at your specific circumstances and create a therapeutic space that honors where you are today and supports where you want to go. Whether you are navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, or co-occurring challenges, our work will be a collaborative partnership built at your pace. I use proven, research-backed approaches paired with a deeply trauma-informed lens to look at the whole picture of who you are, how you got here, and what you need to feel safe and supported moving forward. Treatment Modalities: - Mindfulness - Motivational Interviewing - EMDR - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - Narrative Therapy - Solution-Focused Therapy - Person-Centered Therapy
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Healing happens when we look at the whole person - including the communities and cultures that shape us. This belief drives my work not just as a therapist, but as an independent researcher focused on health behaviors. I believe that staying curious, honoring collective histories, and continuously engaging with the science of human behavior allows me to bring a deeply informed, compassionate, and grounded presence to our sessions.
