My clients are from diverse backgrounds who are struggling with a wide range of concerns, including sexuality and gender issues, low self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and relationship stress.
My Background and Approach
I have a dedicated career within the health and human services sector with over sixteen years of experience in population and community health, working with vulnerable BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ populations. In my practice, I tailor the therapeutic strategy to the need of the client. This may include utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy [CBT], Psychodynamic, Emotionally Focused Therapy to provide non-judgmental and collaborative therapeutic support.
