I joyfully and gratefully work with people who want to make changes -- identity exploration, trauma work, and accountability are the big frameworks I see the most.
My Background and Approach
I'm a therapist trained in mental health and wellness counseling; I'm also a person who has had traumatic therapy experiences. I’m not interested in pushing you to believe what I say or even believe that I have advice for you to follow. I want our therapeutic relationship to be a place where you are supported in challenges, not pressured; I’m willing to bet you have plenty of pressure in the rest of your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I hold space for clients who are examining their relationship to white supremacy culture, including but not limited to racism, ableism, and transmisogyny. It's tough as hell but we owe it to ourselves to address these hidden wounds. I am especially here for trans women and everyone who chooses femininity even when our society hates women.
