About My Clients
We serve a variety of clients needing more support or those just looking for simple solutions. Using an individualized and holistic approach, our clients that are willing to put in the work see consistent positive outcomes.
My Background and Approach
We meet our clients where they're at and utilize an integrative approach drawing from evidenced based types of therapy. We look at the whole person, systemic and environmental factors and barriers to help our clients live fulfilling lives in alignment with their values.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our therapists are all either neurodivergent, queer, or very strongly allied. We promote diversity and inclusion and have several BIPOC clinicians on staff. We do not turn clients away if they cannot afford services and offer sliding scale and pro bono slots.
