My Background and Approach
I focus on helping people of all ages, orientations and gender heal from early childhood experiences, enhance their love life, and find their passion for living. I evaluate each person within their environment and develop a personalized plan to help them gain the emotional freedom they deserve. I work with you to explore negative recording that inform and guide your choices to help you create deep meaningful change in your life. I use a variety of evidence base techniques to help you gain a better understanding of yourself. You being a better YOU is my ultimate goal. I approach my therapy session with a down-to earth, non-judgmental, straightforward, and realistic mindset. I consider myself to be an active therapist who combines experiences, creativity, humor, and education in my clinical practice.
