About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples between the ages of 11-80 years old. I am passionate about providing a safe space for clients to come as they are, regardless of race, class, religion, and gender/sexual identity. I aim to be a resource and advocate for those who struggle to open up, ask for help, or simply don't know where to go.
My Background and Approach
I use an integrative approach to address the unique needs of my clients. The goal is to provide you not only with a space to be who you are without judgment but work towards supporting you towards your goals. I use different modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Motivational Interviewing. We can dive into understanding your values, challenging unhelpful core beliefs, exploring different parts of yourself, and getting you to a place where you're ready to change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the capacity to change and grow at any point in their lives. As someone who has undergone their own therapeutic journey, I had to sit with a lot of uncomfortable truths, feel and cry past experiences, scream about life injustices, and even smile about the good things in life. I want to provide all my clients to see they are capable of being safe and validated in a safe space to come as they are.
