About My Clients
My clients are caring, high-achieving individuals who often put others first and quietly carry the weight of anxiety, stress, or self-doubt. Many are parents navigating behavioral challenges, professionals balancing burnout, or couples longing for deeper emotional connection. You may appear “put together” on the outside yet feel stuck or unseen inside. Together, we create a safe, supportive space where healing, clarity, and self-compassion can take root.
My Background and Approach
As a licensed therapist and founder of Living Optimally Therapy, I specialize in helping adults, parents, and couples cultivate emotional wellness and stronger connections. My approach blends warmth, curiosity, and proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe therapy works best when you feel emotionally safe and understood. Whether you’re managing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, or relationship stress, our sessions focus on helping you uncover patterns, build resilience, and restore balance. I offer telehealth therapy across NJ, NY, and CT and facilitate parenting support groups for parents raising children with ADHD or behavioral challenges. My goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving, living optimally in every area of your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to feel emotionally safe, respected, and empowered to grow at their own pace. My work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that healing begins with human connection. I’m inspired by the research of Brené Brown and other psychologists who emphasize vulnerability, courage, and wholehearted living. I value creating inclusive, judgment-free spaces for all individuals, regardless of background or identity. Outside of therapy, I enjoy mindfulness, reading, spending time in nature, and exploring ways people can live more intentionally and joyfully. My passion is helping others find meaning, self-acceptance, and strength through life’s transitions.
