If you struggling with relationship problems, school, finances, anxiety, depression, or all of the above you are not alone. Life can be challenging and reaching out for help can also be difficult. My approach to therapy is both practical and positive. I work primarily with adults who are looking to make changes in their lives and are unsure of where to begin.
