About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, affair recovery, life transitions, and patterns that can feel difficult to change. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in the same cycles, or simply ready for something to shift, even if you’re not sure where to start. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin moving toward meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm and collaborative. I draw from CBT and trauma-informed care to help you better understand your emotional patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create more balance in your day-to-day life. I use Gottman-informed techniques to help partners better understand their patterns, communicate more effectively, and repair after conflict.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I don’t see people as problems to be fixed, but as individuals with strengths that may have been overlooked, lost, or need strengthening over time. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing while also building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and intentional in how you move through your life and relationships. I believe that even the most difficult challenges in relationships can be worked through when both partners are willing to engage in the process. Change doesn't come from eliminating conflict, but from learning how to navigate with greater understanding, intention, and care. In our work, we focus on rebuilding connection, strengthening the foundation of the relationship, and creating a more secure, respectful, and supportive partnership.
