About My Clients

You lead with your heart and are invested in making a positive impact on the world, but living in an embodied way feels like a struggle when there's so much heartbreak all around. You help others thrive while living in oppressive systems, but sometimes it feels like you’re barely making it yourself. Maybe you are questioning your spiritual path lately, or are left wondering if more connection is possible, or whether your life could be more fulfilling.

My Background and Approach

Sometimes life comes at you so fast that it gets hard to find time to slow down, process and integrate everything that has happened. Together we can co-create that space for you – a consistent time each week during which all of your feelings and experiences can have space to breathe, be seen and supported. The stress and tension can begin to move through, the overwhelm can start to dissipate as together we begin to listen to what is present and what needs to be integrated. And through that process we may also uncover narratives and beliefs that no longer serve, that have become limiting in some way. I use a trauma informed approach with an anti-oppressive lens that includes somatic therapy, narrative therapy, expressive arts, attachment theory, as well as transpersonal psychology. I believe you are in charge of your journey to wholeness, and that you have the innate wisdom to know what you need. I am here to support this process for you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that my lived experience has led me to this work, and I feel passionate about working with folx in my communities. Some of my identities, background, beliefs and experiences that have shaped me include being White, Jewish, queer, transgender, non-binary, neurodiverse, first-gen immigrant, ethically non-monogamous, invisible disability/chronic illness, healing through spiritual practice and plant medicine, commitment to dismantling systems of oppression and creating pathways to collective liberation. I believe in community care, mutual aid, and the inner and outer dismantling of violent systems. I specialize and enjoy working with non-traditional relationship structures and support folks in navigating ethical non-monogamy. I am also passionate about gender affirming care and supporting people in their gender journeys.
