About My Clients
I work best with adults navigating relationship and identity questions -- including LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, people exploring consensual non-monogamy or polyamory, and adoptees examining questions of belonging and cultural identity. Many clients are working through attachment wounds, trauma, or the impact of inherited family and cultural conditioning. As a Colombian-born adoptee myself, I bring lived understanding to this work, alongside a lens informed by racial and feminist theory.
My Background and Approach
Diego Vitelli is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (WA #MG61314587) offering virtual therapy grounded in attachment, cultural awareness, and relational liberation. His practice centers relationship and identity work, including LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, relationship diversity (consensual non-monogamy and polyamory), adoptee-focused therapy, and trauma & attachment. As a Colombian-born adoptee himself, Diego brings deep personal and clinical understanding to questions of belonging and identity. His approach integrates racial and feminist theory, naming privilege and power dynamics as part of building compassion, self-awareness, and liberation. Sessions are virtual, serving clients throughout Washington State, $175-$250 per session with a limited number of sliding-scale spots available.
