About My Clients
I primarily serve the adult population (18 and older) and provide individual, couples and family therapy. I work well with individuals struggling to manage co-occurring disorders including stress, anxiety, depression, and substance use/substance abuse/substance dependence. In addition, I work well with couples who are experiencing communication difficulties and relational strain to rebuild trust and enhance their marriage.
My Background and Approach
I am client centered and individualized in my treatment approach, and I utilize various evidence-based therapy models to address each client’s personal needs and goals. My natural bend is strength’s-based and solution focused, in terms of treatment approach, and I am a firm believer that all people can grow, change, and heal given the right tools, the right effort, and the right support.
