My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a counselor because of my own mental health journey. At my lowest, I sought therapy, not knowing that one day, this would become my passion. The support I received helped me navigate my own darkness, and now I hope to walk beside others on their path toward healing. I'm passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health, especially in communities where seeking help is often misunderstood. I also care deeply about helping individuals break intergenerational cycles that can feel impossible to escape. My goal is to provide a safe, culturally sensitive space where you can be heard, seen, and supported.
