About My Clients
My path into this work started in substance use and dual diagnosis treatment, where I learned how rarely any one struggle is the whole story; there's almost always something underneath it. I work with individuals navigating identity, relationship patterns, family dynamics, life transitions, and work-related stress or burnout.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative and unhurried. We look at what's happening now, what's underneath it, and what might need to shift: a pattern, a relationship, a habit, or the way you talk to yourself. I pay close attention to how your thoughts, feelings, actions, and relationships interact with and influence each other, rather than treating them as separate problems to solve one at a time. Ultimately, my goal is to help you find language for your experience, clarity about what's driving it, and something genuinely useful to carry forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should meet you where you are, not push you toward someone else's idea of who you should be. My role isn't to hand you answers, but to help you find the language, clarity, and tools to get there yourself. I believe healing doesn't happen in isolation. Our relationships, families, and the expectations we carry are often central to the work. And I believe therapy works best as a genuine collaboration. You're the expert on your own life and I bring clinical training with a curious lens.
