About My Clients
My clients tend to be creative and major contributors in society and in their families. They come from such varied backgrounds and cultures that color our work together.
My Background and Approach
I come from a trauma-informed background having spent years working in public mental health to help communities break generational cycles and heal their trauma. I advanced my skills and expertise by completing an additional three years of clinical study and practice of NARM, which paved the path toward becoming a master therapist in the NARM approach. This approach treats adults who survived childhood trauma and are experiencing complex PTSD symptoms.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing and transformation is possible because I have been able to work deeply within myself to overcome the fallout of inter-generational trauma, severe mental illness in my family, and immigration/refugee origins.
