My Background and Approach
She utilizes evidence-based treatments such as somatic therapy, parts work (Internal Family Systems, ego-state therapy), attachment work, narrative therapy, strength-based therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and specializes in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Additionally, she promotes childfree affirming therapy.
