My Background and Approach
I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker whose focus is on client-centered therapy. Clients can expect an understanding, supportive and comfortable environment. We will explore problems collaboratively, setting realistic goals together. I work with teens, adults, couples and families. Many of my clients are seeking relief from depression, anxiety and anger. Clients receiving Couples Counseling state that both parties feel understood and validated which helps them to move forward. Clients report that it is easy for them to share their personal struggles with me as I provide a nurturing, non-judgmental environment. My specialties include : grief and loss, separation and divorce, work and life related stress, family conflict, anxiety, couples counseling, depression, chronic illness and infertility.
