Using interventions such as ACT or DBT we explore underlying patterns of behavior, beliefs and begin to redefine the Self through psychotherapy.

Often anxiety is a symptom of a Highly Sensitive Person or simply put, people who are more than others affected by other people's energy. Through the use of integrative therapy, mindfulness, psychoeducation of HSPs and talk therapy the client will learn how to care for their nervous system and enjoy life more.

I specialize in non-acute trauma disorders, including Complex PTSD, Traumatic Grief/loss and Childhood abuse and neglect. Through the use of IFS, Healing Centered Engagement, Brainspotting and several other modalities we will focus on healing the traumatic wounds and resetting the nervous system.

This relational therapy is revolutionary and can heal stored traumatic memories.

Previous experience working in treatment centers and over 20 years experience working with 12-step groups AA, NA, ACA, Al-Anon.
