About My Clients
I serve clients from age 18 to 99 who struggle with a variety of mental health issues. I have experience working with Neuro-divergent populations (Adult Autism, ADHD, Personality Disorders) as well as people who experience varying degrees of anxiety and depression. I have additional Trauma certifications as well as Greif certification through David Kessler's program (co-author of 5-stages of Grief). I am a competent sex therapist and have helped many clients work through intimacy issues.
My Background and Approach
Well educated and versed in empirically-based therapeutic interventions, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Self-compassion, EFT, IFS, Trauma Informed, Somatic-Based trauma therapy, Brainspotting and spiritual psychology.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people have the right to live their best lives possible, recover from past trauma, including mental illness and develop their personal potential at whatever rate they desire or aspire to.
