About My Clients
I have experience working with young children, adolescents, adults, families and high need clients. I have worked as an Outpatient Therapist, Early Childhood & Family Therapist, and Intensive Home Based Therapist throughout my professional career. I also speak Spanish and Cantonese and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds. I specialize on trauma, self- harming behaviors, depression, anxiety, parenting and acculturation issues .
My Background and Approach
I was born in Colombia, South America to Chinese parents. I speak Spanish, Chinese (Cantonese) and English. I worked with diverse populations and has provided therapeutic services at different agencies in different capacities. My work is based on a collaborative, client centered approach. I believe that individuals are resilient and are able to overcome challenges with appropriate care and support. I am here to accompany individuals through a journey so that they can fulfill their dreams and live meaningful lives.
