I love to work with clients who want their authentic selves to flourish! If depression, anxiety, or trauma (including racial trauma) are holding you back from thriving, I want to work with you.
My Background and Approach
With 13+ years of working as a psychotherapist, I use an integrative and tailored approach to help you with your needs. I am an attuned and compassionate psychotherapist. I am a NYS licensed (LCAT: licensed creative arts therapist), registered art therapist, EMDR trained (parts 1 & 2) for trauma, and a psychoanalyst-in-training. All of varying approaches essentially mean, that I have many tools to help my clients achieve their optimal life.
