About My Clients
I am passionate about working with individuals who feel stunted by the lingering impact of anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ Identity issues, and early childhood relational wounding.
My Background and Approach
I utilize person-centered principles, CBT, a mindfulness lens and combine evidence-based practices with somatic-based modalities in my work with clients. I am a strong believer in your inherent capacity to heal and overcome challenges. For those that decide to start their healing journey with me, I strive to meet you where you are, show up authentically, and radiate a grounded and non-judgmental safe space. Additionally, as a queer-identifying person, I create a safe space for those that identify with the LGBTQIA2S+ and Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diverse community.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy isn't about 'fixing' oneself; rather a journey from insight to integration, a recovery of what you may have lost along the way, finding a practice of gentleness, and a return to wholeness. Therapy is about creating a sense of your own story.
