About My Clients
Do you consider yourself an overthinker, introvert, or someone who has always felt a little “different”? Maybe you identify as atypical—or even feel alien at times. The voice in your head is overly critical, & you're constantly worried others are judging you. Your strongest emotions tend to be guilt and shame. You might have ADHD, suspect you do, or feel overwhelmed by the anxiety that comes from trying to hide your authentic self around others.
How I Can Help You
If traditional therapy hasn’t felt like the right fit, you’re not alone—& you’re not the problem. There is space for your whole, authentic self here. I specialize in working with adults who feel different, overwhelmed, or burned out from trying to fit expectations that don’t align with who they are. Collaboratively, I’ll help you learn how to shape your environment, routines, & expectations around your nervous system and the unique way your brain works—so you’re no longer forcing yourself to mask just to survive in a neurotypical world. I use a blend of therapy and coaching techniques, along with education about how to work with your neurodiverse brain, not against it. Humor, warmth, & a strong therapeutic relationship are central to my approach—you can show up as you are, without fear of judgment.
