About My Clients
Anxiety & depression can creep in at any time or stay there for what seems like eternity. Do you ever find yourself breathing so fast your heart feels it's pounding out of your chest? Have you ever felt so down that you have little or no energy, yet feel like all you want to do is sleep? I enjoy working with ages 8-65+; all genders. The more open an individual or family can be, the better so we can collaborate to assist in the challenges/struggles that may be occurring in your daily lives.
My Background and Approach
I have worked with individuals, families, couples and groups. I have experience working in detox, outpatient, in-home and supervisory roles. Most of my experience has been working with adults, children, teens, and families who have substance abuse and mental health concerns. While working together it's a positive approach to work together as a team, to be collaborate, open, honest, and mindful.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we can all make changes in our lives and evolve as individuals. Sometimes we lose our way and need to get back on track with some assistance. Sometimes we don't take a minute to process what is occurring around us and forget that we are human and make mistakes. The point is to learn from our challenges whether its from our childhood environments, negative influences, struggling to find our way, etc. We all have the power to do better, to treat others with respect and ourselves.
