I’m currently in training to use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, a powerful tool for addressing trauma. I’m also trained in other trauma-informed approaches, including ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) trauma treatment, specifically designed for children and adolescents. These methods allow me to offer specialized support that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences, promoting resilience and well-being.

I incorporate a range of coping skills and utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help you manage intense emotions and build resilience. Additionally, I’m trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, which is specifically effective for treating OCD. These approaches enable me to provide tailored support for managing symptoms and fostering lasting change.

I specialize in treating depression with a compassionate and individualized approach. I use evidence-based therapies and personalized strategies, including Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques. These methods help address the root causes of depression, build resilience, and develop effective coping mechanisms. My goal is to support you in understanding your emotions, finding practical solutions, and improving your overall well-being.

I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, a highly effective treatment for managing OCD. ERP involves gradually facing feared situations and learning to manage the associated anxiety without resorting to compulsive behaviors. This approach helps clients build tolerance to distress and develop healthier coping strategies. By incorporating ERP into my practice, I provide targeted support to help you address OCD symptoms and work towards lasting relief.
