About My Clients

I work with adults and adolescents with various challenges including anxiety, depression, grief and loss. I am passionate about serving my community and working with queer folks navigating gender identity exploration. Art making is an offering for those interested in this work, however no artistic skills are needed. Process over product is an important distinction between art class and art therapy.

My Background and Approach

I approach clients from a humanistic lens and am informed by relational cultural theory. I integrate art therapy into these models and see creative expression as another tool for gaining insight, communication, and emotional processing. Prior to private practice, I have experience working in community behavioral health, inpatient psych, behavioral health IOP and PHP with both adolescents and adults. I am currently an art therapist at CHOP and have experience providing support for medically complex children and their families.
