My name is Diana Godinez, I was born and raised in Southern California. I have providing therapy to children and families since 2018. I have worked with individuals who have been experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD.
My Background and Approach
I am a postmodern therapist who works with clients utilizing Somatic, Gestalt Relational Therapy and Narrative therapy. My interventions also include utilizing Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I am trained in EMDR, Community Resilience Model and Trauma Resiliency Model.
