About My Clients
I work with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, trauma, or major life changes. Many of my clients are seeking a safe, culturally sensitive space where they can express themselves freely and begin to heal. I especially enjoy supporting bilingual and immigrant families who are balancing multiple worlds and identities.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting children, teens, and adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and family challenges. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I meet clients where they are and help them build insight and coping skills at their own pace. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, whether we’re processing difficult emotions, improving communication, or strengthening self-esteem. I provide therapy in English and Spanish, both in person and online, helping clients feel grounded, empowered, and hopeful as they work toward meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel seen, understood, and accepted for who they are. I’m passionate about creating a supportive environment and I strive to make mental health care accessible and stigma-free. Outside of work, I value mindfulness, time with family, and community connection. My practice is rooted in empathy, respect, and a genuine belief in each person’s capacity for growth and healing.
