About My Clients
You as the client may need a supportive space to explore emotional experiences, systemic challenges, or relationship upset. Therapy should be a place to connect with vulnerable parts of yourself, heal, and grow. As a therapist, I consider it my job to help you to feel more grounded, more empowered, and more confident in your own ability to create the life and relationships you want and need. I want to collaborate with you to reach your goals and become more of who you are.
My Background and Approach
My approach is non-pathologizing and relational. I specialize in understanding how family relationship dynamics and connections impact your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. This might look like better connection and communication with a partner, or like having deeper self-awareness and ability to change patterns of thinking or behaving that no longer serve you. All aspects of my work are informed by anti-oppression and social justice principles.

I want you to feel connected, fully yourself, and energized and inspired by therapy. I am deeply non-judgmental and full of empathy and compassion as a therapist. I am inspired by growth and want to understand you so that we can collaborate to tackle any difficulties or challenges you face. I am committed to anti-oppression principles, and remain humble and curious about all the ways we express ourselves and experience life. I am experienced in providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients, and welcome all genders and orientations.
