My clients are one who are open to change and enjoy a good laugh or cry while learning new skills and processing change in habits and negative ways of thinking.
My Background and Approach
I have many years in aiding client in building themselves in self esteem-building/empowerment, managing depression and anxiety and building healthy relationships. I also enjoy working with people who have concerns with postpartum depression and parenting concerns. My mission is to ensure my clients feel heard, supported and understood in a safe judgement free space.
