About My Clients
I work with all age groups, individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and those with general anxiety, or anxiety resulting from trauma. I have experience with children and adolescents in the foster care system and their adoptive parents. I also work as a music therapist, and have worked with clients with ADHD and those on the high functioning Autism scale.
My Background and Approach
My background is in CBT therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I adjust my approach to the needs of each individual client. I am a certified PAMA therapist (performing arts in medicine), and have a certificate in Promoting Placement Stability Utilizing the Child and Family Team Process, from the LA County Department of Mental Health.
