About My Clients
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, identity exploration, or neurodivergence. I also support people who carry quiet weight; men, women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and anyone who feels unseen or misunderstood. If you’re looking for a space that’s steady, collaborative, and culturally aware, you’ll fit here.
My Background and Approach
My approach blends cognitive, somatic, and creative strategies to help you build tools for healing and resilience. I see therapy as a collaborative process that involves your lived experience, cultural background, and identity matter in every step we take together. I draw from CBT, mindfulness-based work, somatic grounding, EMDR, and narrative approaches to help you understand patterns, regulate your nervous system, and move toward the life you want. Clients describe me as direct but warm, curious, and engaged. I value spaces where men, women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and neurodivergent adults can show up without judgment or performance. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and support you in creating change that feels sustainable. Outside the therapy room, I’m often gaming, writing, traveling, or exploring how culture, identity, and personal meaning shape the human experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people deserve spaces where they don’t have to perform, minimize their feelings, or explain their existence. My work is guided by the belief that healing grows from honesty, cultural awareness, and a relationship built on mutual respect. I value direct communication, emotional safety, and helping people reconnect with parts of themselves that have been ignored or silenced. I support communities that often feel overlooked such as men carrying quiet pressure, LGBTQ+ individuals navigating identity and safety, neurodivergent adults, and people of color who move through the world with unspoken resilience. I believe therapy should honor lived experience rather than erase it, and that each person has wisdom worth listening to. At the core, I believe in showing up with integrity, staying curious about people’s inner worlds, and creating a space where your truth is welcome without judgment.
