My approach includes: ACT, self-compassion, healthy habit creation, breathing tools and journaling exercises to support your healing & growth. My approach is very warm, positive & focused on taking practical, small steps one day at a time to help you create your healthiest, best life! My hope is that every session you know yourself a little better, you are an ounce kinder to yourself & that you are one step closer to being your most unapologetic self.

When I'm not working with clients, you can find me teaching / taking a yoga class, hiking with my mini - aussie or out in nature somewhere.
