About My Clients
I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and overwhelming emotions. With a background in education and counseling, I especially enjoy supporting children and adolescents in building coping skills, confidence, and emotional awareness. I strive to create a grounding, collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
