About My Clients
I help adults and families move through the challenges of addiction and recovery. My clients often feel trapped in old patterns, overwhelmed by shame, or uncertain about the next step. Whether you’re starting recovery or rebuilding trust, I offer a safe space to find clarity, confidence, and healing. Many of my clients also face anxiety, depression, or trauma along the journey.
My Background and Approach
Recovery and change are hard—but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor who helps people and families navigate addiction, overwhelm, and old patterns. My style is warm, direct, and honest: we face the hard stuff together, uncover strengths, and build a path forward. I also help families support loved ones in recovery while protecting their own well-being. All sessions are via secure telehealth—flexible, accessible, and focused on your journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that recovery is possible for everyone—and that it looks different for each person. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy or rigid definitions of success. I’m passionate about reducing stigma around addiction and mental health, and I aim to help people reconnect with their values, relationships, and sense of purpose. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, creating, and spending time with my family (including two dogs and a baby). I’m also inspired by stories of personal transformation and resilience, which I see every day in my work.
